2024 Delegation Registration and Fees
Each country delegation consists of up to seven delegates. The fees for delegation registration are as follows:
First Country Delegation $500.00
Each Additional Country Delegation $400.00
The registration fee covers registration for up to seven delegates in one delegation.

2024 Hotel Accommodation and Cost
Participants will be housed at the Washington Plaza Hotel located at 10 Thomas Circle, Washington, DC 20005. The group rate is $220 per night for a single or double and $240 per night for a triple or quad. This does not include D.C. taxes which currently are an additional 15.95%.
The cutoff date for reservations at these rates is January 22, 2024.
Overnight self-parking is available at a cost of $ 43 + 18% tax per night. The hotel is three blocks from the McPherson Square (orange/blue line) Metro station.
Reservations may be made by emailing Ms. Joy Robinson at groupservices@washingtonplazahotel.com . First and last names and arrival and departure dates for each guest should be included on the rooming lists.
Please Note: The Washington Plaza Hotel imposes a charge $75 per person per day for attendees who do not stay at the Washington Plaza.
